Our center is located within blocks of the beautiful beaches and boardwalk in Long Branch and within minutes of Monmouth Medical Center. We pride ourselves in being a place of nurturing, a place to enjoy life, a place to begin anew. With this, comes “Building for a Better Tomorrow”, our new look here, to better service our community! There is a noticeable and unique difference at Monmouth Care Center. We strive to provide quality care for our patients.
